Our shipping carrier of choice at this time is USPS (mainly Priority Mail or First Class Freight within the US) & FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery times within the Continental US is 3-4 days from ship date.
AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME: Most orders are processed & shipped from our studio within 10 to 12 business business days of receipt of payment. Business days do not include weekends nor US Federal Holidays - (e.g. if an order is placed on a Friday, fulfillment will be no earlier than that following Wednesday). If there is a rare situation in which your order will take longer than 7 business days to be shipped to you after payment collection, we will notify you via your contact as a courtesy.
****HIGH VOLUME SITUATIONS + Summer Months (holiday sale promotions such as Mother's Day or Black Friday along with summer months of June through September) will AUTOMATICALLY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS! Business days do NOT include weekends nor US Federal holidays. These special turn-around time alerts during promotions are communicated "before, during, & after" each sale event - on every available channel (Bekura Newsletter, Bekura social media pages, as well as bekurabeauty.com "Agreement To Terms" that must be selected before checkout). Therefore, constant email inquiries submitted to us pertaining to order/shipping statuses BEFORE the required turn-around time due date of 10 business days may not get answered. Once order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the specified tracking number. Please check your junk mail if the tracking confirmation email is not showing in your main inbox within the appropriate turn-around time-frame.
All orders within the Contiguous U.S. can enjoy complimentary FREE shipping on orders totaling $75 & over! (non-contiguous U.S. regions do NOT include Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, & Northern Mariana Islands).
**IMPORTANT** - The shipping options including "FREE SHIPPING" includes FedEX Ground, USPS First Class & Priority Shipping w/ insurance & tracking confirmation only! Bekura is *NOT* responsible & will not reimburse for missing packages if the USPS tracking confirms that package was "DELIVERED". If you have had packages to become misplaced, please consider the "signature confirmation" option for your order!
**All product returns back to Bekura due to non-delivery or incorrect address will be subjected to a re-delivery charge. Bekura will notify you via your email contact on file to make arrangements for reshipping. All unclaimed packages with no response within 10 business days after initial contact will be issued a PARTIAL refund (after deducted shipping charges + 30% restock fees).

BEGINNING JAN. 6, 2014 - in order to improve our overall shipping quality control as well as dispatch packages in a timely manner, Bekura will NO LONGER be able to make changes to your order once it is placed! Changes include product additions, substitutions, or multiple order combinations for shipping reimbursements. However, orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by contacting customer service (please send cancellation email DIRECTLY to firstname.lastname@example.org - NOT Facebook, Instagram, or back-end messaging system through your login!). Cancellations do not apply to orders that have already been shipped. Due to our products containing mostly natural & organic ingredients, unfortunately we can *NOT" accept any returns or exchanges.
However, if you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will be very happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 5 business days from the day you receive your package and we will resolve the issue ASAP!
EXTREME WEATHER ALERT: (May - September) - because of high temperatures during the summer months, there is a chance certain items (scrubs, butters, balms) can melt during shipping. Gently open the container to avoid spillage & place product in the refrigerator to re-solidify. Please consider this fact BEFORE purchasing. There are NO refunds for items that melt during shipping & buying these items during the summer months is at your own risk.
